Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

Comfort & Care Cleaning LLC ("Comfort & Care," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our cleaning services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you request an estimate, book a service, or contact us, we may collect your name, home address, email address, phone number, details about your property (size, number of rooms and bathrooms, pets, access instructions), your service preferences, and any notes you choose to share with us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems. We may retain the last four digits, the card brand, and the expiration date for identification and billing purposes.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 5 may record your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Legal Basis and Consent

We collect and use your information because you have requested services from us, because it is necessary to perform the services you booked, or because you have given us permission. You may withdraw permission for optional communications at any time.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your appointments — confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, scheduling changes, and service follow-ups. You may also receive occasional messages about our services if you have opted in to those.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the phone number or email address below.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked to receive.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of essential service communications by phone or email.

5. Cookies, Website Analytics, and Advertising Pixels

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for two purposes:

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). Collects anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the website or app that referred you (for example, Google search or Instagram). This helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Records that a browser visited our website and which pages it viewed, so we can measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram content and, where permitted, show relevant ads on Meta platforms to people who have visited our site. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account under its Privacy Policy. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences or opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info.

These tools do not receive your name, email address, or phone number from us, and they are not configured to read what you type into our forms. What you submit through our forms is delivered directly to us by email. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect our rights, our team, our clients, or the public.

7. Employees and Access to Your Home

Our team members receive your address and access instructions only for the properties they are scheduled to clean, and only for as long as they are assigned to your service. Keys, codes, and alarm information are stored securely and are returned or deleted when service ends.

8. Data Retention

We keep client and billing records for as long as you are a client and afterward for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Website analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted or aggregated.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and encrypted payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

11. Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date.
